Home Collection & Appointment Terms
Please review the following guidelines regarding blood test requests and home sample collection visits arranged with AURIVAAN DIAGNOSTICS AND IMAGING CENTRE in Bhubaneswar.
1. Booking Request Confirmation
Online submission of a booking form represents an enquiry request. Our laboratory desk calls the customer to confirm the appointment time, collection address, and fasting requirements before dispatching a certified phlebotomist.
2. No Advance Online Payment Required
We do not collect online payments or credit card information on this portal. Payment for diagnostic testing is made directly upon sample collection or lab visit.
3. Service Area Coverage
Home sample collection services operate within municipal limits of Bhubaneswar and surrounding residential areas.
